We start with an estimate of cost but you will only pay for the work that is actually completed and the materials actually used. Your invoice will tell you exactly how much you are paying for each phase of your project. Some construction firms mark up the cost of materials and hide profit in large single line entries; Callingwood doesn't do that. You're paying us to work hard for you and you deserve to know exactly what you're paying for.
Central To Victoria
Most of our projects fall under the jurisdiction of Greater Victoria or Oak Bay but we have gone out as far as the Highlands for larger jobs. Our radius of service is roughly a half hour drive from Fisherman's Wharf in Victoria.
Fully Insured
Callingwood Construction carries full contractor liability insurance and all our workers are covered by WorkSafe BC. This is actually very important if you are going to have people working on your property. Never engage work with anybody not covered by WorkSafe or you can open yourself to massive amounts of personal liability should they be injured on your property.
